Too complicated?
Not at all, but atheists seem to have a problem with that small number .999999999999999999999 or .10 or 1.0 or whatever.
They insist that God doesn't even exist, even though they do not know WITH CERTAINTY THAT HE DOES NOT.
Now, I do believe in God, BUT I also realize that there is a chance that he does not exist, and at least I will admit it, and always have.
So, what's so complicated about an atheist admitting to that very small number when they discuss the issue? I'll tell you what it is, straight up................IT'S ALL ABOUT EGO!

Is it ethical to make rich pay more taxes?

i'm having trouble getting behind the idea of making rich people pay more taxes just because they have more.. aside from the obvious: "i'm not rich so lets tax them instead of me.

" the three reasons i hear most often are:.

1: they may have "earned" their wealth but they don't deserve it!.

Knowing there are much bigger issues in the world, is that not a bit selfish?
It's not a bit selfish, IT'S VERY SELFISH, and it disgusts me. We can agree on that.
There would be no problems, or minimal probelms on this planet, if men just simply treated each other with the love they give their family pet.

The athlete credits God because HE THINKS God gave his team the victory.

As for the scene in heaven, I guess the maker of the video was there to observe,and recreate THAT event.

I'm new here..... Studying with the Witnesses

hi- i just wanted to say that i have been checking the website out for a few weeks and have read some horror stories and some sad ones.

but i have been studying with witnessess for about six months and can't help but feel that they're completely sincere and maybe even, the true religion.

i love the watchtower and awake and to me, none of that seems crazy.
